1. Health and Lifestyle

Sample type: finger-prick or venous
Biomarkers: 20
This overall health check is a great starting point to establish your client’s current state of health, with tests for liver health, cholesterol status, iron, and key vitamins. This test is useful to indicate whether someone’s diet and lifestyle could be negatively impacting their health, and which areas need to be addressed.
Key biomarkers: Total Cholesterol: HDL ratio, ALT, GGT, Ferritin, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, CRP HS
Testing schedule: This test can be taken every 3 to 12 months to monitor health changes. If any markers are outside the normal range, then a retest between 4-12 weeks may be recommended.
2. Advanced Well Man and Advanced Well Woman

Biomarkers: 47, 50
For a more in-depth profile, the Advanced Well Man and Well Woman contain everything in the Health and Lifestyle test plus diabetes (HbA1c), additional vitamins and minerals, thyroid function, red and white blood cells, and key male and female hormones.

Testing schedule: This test can be taken every 3 to 12 months to monitor health changes. If any markers are outside the normal range then a retest between 4-12 weeks may be recommended.
3. Advanced Thyroid Function

Testing schedule: We recommend those with a thyroid condition who wish to monitor it privately have a test every 6 weeks to 3 months. If they are managing their condition well, they may wish to test every 12 months.
